I’m a clinician, researcher, and educator working in women’s health across life stages, with a particular focus on midlife, hormonal transitions, stress physiology, and long-term cardiometabolic health.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical care and public health. I’m interested not only in symptoms, but in how women’s health is shaped over time - by biology, cumulative stress, reproductive history, and the social and structural contexts in which women live and work.
I’ve worked across clinical practice, research, education, and health services, and that breadth matters. It shapes an approach that is evidence-informed, realistic, compassionate, and grounded in an understanding of women’s lives as they are actually lived - not health fads, oversimplified advice, or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Women’s health doesn’t exist in isolation from their lives.
And it isn't only about reproductive health.
My work is informed by a life-course perspective which recognises that health is shaped over time by biology, reproductive history, cumulative stress, access to care, and the systems women move through.
This lens allows space for complexity, inequity, and change, rather than quick answers or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Evidence over fads
Context matters - biology, history, and personal situations
Care that supports understanding, not dependence
Care that acknowledges lived experience, access, and real-world constraints
Prevention and long-term thinking, not reactive fixes
Respect for women’s autonomy and decision-making
Practical strategies that fit real lives
Compassion without judgement
My work spans clinical care , coaching and education, because sustainable health change doesn’t come from appointments alone.
In clinical settings, I work one-to-one with women to understand patterns across hormones, stress physiology, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, and lived context — and to develop realistic, evidence-informed pathways forward.
Alongside this, I design programs, courses, and masterclasses that support women to build knowledge, skills, and confidence in understanding and managing their health over time. These offerings translate complex evidence into clear, practical guidance that can be applied in everyday life.
This work is not about being told what to do. It’s about increasing understanding and capability — so women can make informed choices, self-manage where appropriate, and navigate their health and healthcare with clarity over time. Across both clinical and educational work, the focus is not quick fixes or isolated symptoms, but capacity-building that supports meaningful, sustainable change.
Experience across different roles and models of care has shaped a practical, non-ideological approach to women’s health. I’m less interested in rigid frameworks than in what is most appropriate and effective for each person.
That means drawing on evidence from clinical medicine, lifestyle and nutritional strategies, and preventive health, and applying it in ways that fit real lives and real constraints.
